As a Professional Removal Company, we always aim to complete each home/office move to a high standard, but please spend a few minutes to read our T&C’s.
Our quote is based on information You have provided, the survey we made or photos/video you’ve sent to us. We may recalculate our quotation if:
1.1 You request additional Services or add extra items after the quotation was given. This price will be decided by the supervisor on site. The price of any extra furniture will be £20.00 each and £10.00 for each extra box.
1.2 Extra trucks or additional trip is required during the move then company will charge you up to 70% of the total job.
1.3 The approach road/parking space/drive is unsuitable for Our Vehicles to load/unload within 15 meters of the doorway
1.4 There are delays or outdoor events outside our reasonable control.
1.5 Removal team wait more than 30 minutes then waiting charges of £70.00 per hour per truck will be added.
1.6 The work is carried out on a Public Holiday or outside normal hours (09:00 to 17.00 hrs) at your request.
1.6.1 Late working hours will be applied as £25.00 per person after 05:00pm(Monday to Friday)
1.6.2 Late working hours will be applied as £49.00 per person after 05:00pm Saturday and Sunday
2. Work excluded from the Quotation
The following work shall be excluded from the quotation and the Contract unless agreed during quotation:
2.1 The packing or unpacking of your belongings before and after removal.
2.2 The dismantling and/or re-assembly of any type of fittings or furniture unless otherwise pre-agreed.
2.3 Disconnecting or re-connecting of any electrical/gas or kitchen appliances.
2.4 Moving goods from or to a loft/attic
2.5 Moving loaded fridge freezers
2.6 Dismantling or assembling of any garden buildings or any outdoor play equipment
2.7 The Remover may be willing to carry out any or all of the services above for an additional agreed price.
3. Customer packing and moving responsibilities
3.1 Provide us with correct information, addresses and contact numbers for correspondence during the move
3.2 To prepare and pack safely your belongings, fragile or electronic equipment prior the move. We won’t take responsibility for the loss or damage caused where goods or electrical items that are not in their original packaging have been packed or unpacked by you or others.
3.3 We will not be liable for mechanical or electrical faults unless there is evidence of physical damage.
3.4 We don’t accept any responsibility for damage or breakage of the items that are not been protected by adequate means(Overloaded boxes, Single wall boxes, Underfilled boxes etc). It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all the items in the boxes are correctly packed and protected.
3.5 Also, we don’t take responsibility for the furniture damage that is not intended/designed to be dismantled or moved many times (Ikea, Old furniture, Custom made furniture etc)
3.6 To arrange parking space for a removal vehicle, all necessary documents, permits and pay all applicable fees.
3.7 To present or be represented throughout the removal process or collection and delivery to ensure that nothing is left behind/damaged or taken away by mistake. Additional charges may apply for collecting or returning items or delivering them to a new address if they won’t fit in your property.
4. Damage to premises or property
4.1 lf We cause damage as a result of moving goods under your instruction, against our advice, or you been informed by us that it’s likely to cause damage, we shall not be liable.
4.2 lf we are responsible for causing damage to your property, you must inform us on the day of your removal.
5. Customer’s data
5.1 We never share your information(email, phone number, photos/videos or personal details) with 3rd parties
6. Customer’s Responsibilities
6.1 Provide us with correct information, addresses and contact numbers for correspondence during the Move.
6.2 In an event of rude behaviour or abusive language the Job will be cancelled then and there.
6.3 The customer has to provide parking facilities. Any penalty incurred shall have to be paid by the customer.
7. Payments and bookings
7.1 10% of the agreed price will be charged upon confirmation of booking; the remaining balance will have to be paid prior to unloading at the destination address.
7.2 Payments to be made by bank transfer prior to move or cash on the day of the move.
8. Due to safety reasons our removal team will not remove their shoes whilst the move is being carried out. Customers are advised to use protective covers to ensure their carpets/floors are not blemished.
9. The removal team are entitled to a twenty-minute break within a 3 hour period.
10. We cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by forces outside our control such as adverse weather conditions, road closures, breakdown or vehicles..
11. Charges if you postpone or cancel the removal
11.1 There will be no charge if you give us 10 days notice before the removal start
11.2 When giving less than 7 days notice before the removal start the charge of 45% will be applied
11.3 When giving less than 3 days notice before the removal start the cherge of 75% will be applied
11.4 Any deposits paid toward booking a job are non-refundable in case of job cancellation.
11.5 Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing: Removal Payment must be paid before unload the vehicles.
